"This hotel is in a great location. 5 minute walk to Goryu. The onsen is a nice bonus. Breakfast was great, but I would rather eat dinner around the area. There are so many great options to eat out in the area"

"庭が美しいです。 お風呂が泉質、雰囲気ともにとても良い。 中華のスタンダードとフレンチのプレミアムをいただきました。 中華は繊細な盛り付けで見た目も美しく味もとても美味しかったです。 ラウンジでワインを頂けるのも嬉しいです。 空き時間にビリヤードを楽しみました。 お部屋や廊下にカメムシが迷い込んでいたこともありましたが凍結スプレーで撃退しました笑 周りの景色が美しく、喧騒から離れてゆったり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。"

"セルフバーが楽しかった。利用者が少なくて貸し切りのように静かに飲めました。景色も良かった。温泉も広くてゆっくり入れました。朝のバイキングは酢飯やお刺身、ネギマグロなどがあり海鮮丼を自分流で作って朝からしっかりといただきました。"

"All the front female staffs were curtious EXCEPT one male front desk staff was rude. He was there on 11/18/25 at 10:40 AM local time. Our one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast had both western and japanese food. Room temperature can be lowered to comfortable cool setting, very comfortable stay."

"I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!"
