Hotel Ashburton
An old convention centre and sprawling hotel from a bygone era, buried in the back streets of Ashburton. Everything quite dated but rooms were clean & spacious. Staff were great. Meals exceptional. Good value for money if you don’t mind it being a bit old fashioned style

Coronation Park
Unit was clean but very dated and needs a complete overhaul. Staff were sick so never saw anyone. Taylors Motel
We stayed here on our way from Queenstown to Christchurch. Found it really easily and were greeted by friendly proprietors. Rooms were good sized, clean and well appointed (we had the 2 bed unit which included a kitchenette). Would happily stay here again.

Snow Denn Lodge
Entire lodge was spotless and everything was there we needed. Only issue was the noise. And probably this was due to other guests not being considerate. Our bedroom was below TV room. Noise from TV.
