"Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay"

"We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Stay were very apologetic, there was a power outage the night we stayed so not ideal. But there was a battery back up so we had some, if inconsistent, power"

"Awful experience. Rooms haven’t been cleaned since the 90’s. Filthy floors, filthy furniture. Staff lying saying “no rooms available”. TVs didn’t work in two rooms. Crack addicts and alcoholics hovering in the parking lot. In the morning I got kicked out - they claim they are “fumigating” the motel for bedbugs. (AKA World Cup in a few days and pricing increasing). Never got the “free wifi” code either. Fridge was warm, maybe not even plugged in. The showers were scalding hot, to freezing cold....

"Pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms . Showers were not shown in the booking which should've been the start of a red flag. Built up black mold in the crevasses were found in the corners of the shower, a small one tube of a 2in1 shampoo nd conditioner for a 2 double room. Sheets were dirty and not cleaned even upon a known arrival. This inn is not worth booking as there is also lamps with stains as well as walls. Don’t spend your money here, scam of an experience."

"Hotel was fine and clean but have no amenities. I asked for a crib weeks in advance and hotel confirmed the request. Then they said they didn’t even have cribs when I arrived. Later on they claimed “another family had it”. It was a random weekday - it was not busy. Long term parking is terrible. You have to drive your car to a park and ride lot basically and they drive you back to the hotel. Not ideal. If id known this, I would have booked a different hotel and just used a park and ride lot."

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. The balcony and views were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was communication and check-in. Instructions were supposed to arrive 72 hours before check-in and did not. Arriving alone downtown at night, it was very stressful trying to locate the building and understand the entry process. The “Key...
