Hotel Dekat Ascot Street

"Shower put water everywhere in bathroom and street noise was a little load apart from that was gd"

"Excellent location, right by Cuba Street and many shops and restaurants. The room was very good, the bed was very comfortable. The only thing preventing us from staying again would be the noise. Located near a nightclub, the music went until 3am on a Sunday night (on a long holiday weekend). While the music wasn't very loud in the room, it was enough to disrupt our sleep. Earplugs were available in the room, but aren't too our liking."

"Beautiful stay with great Brekky service - all amenities were great!"

"Helpful staff and clean room."

"👍"

"Lovely hotel, great breakfast and very helpful staff, really good location."

"I booked a King room 7 months in advance and fully paid through expedia. I didn't get the room I booked and when asked why I was told the hotel was fully booked and that I had booked a wheelchair access room, which I hadn't. The staff had no real solution and kept saying I had booked the wrong room. They then admitted it was an error between their system and Expedia. An offer of a complemntay bottle of wine or at the very least an apology would have gone a long way. Neither were forthcoming....

"Love the room and friendly staffs. The place is very affordable and accessible to everything."

"Great location to Wellington city. Very spacious rooms, everything you need."

"We had stayed there before, we came back to stay again and we will come back!"

"Lots of emails but late check-in was a pain. Got there at about 7:55 pm and the man at reception was less than pleased to see us. No late arrival parking available."
