"Hotel was everything you would expect and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat there or use the Spa, so can't comment. One thing that reduces the score to 4 out of 5 is the somewhat disingenuous approach to parking facilities: offering Hotel parking in the basement of the multistorey car park overnight for £18, but if you park on any other level, it's £6.60... Discovered this because the Hotel section of the car park was full - it's not a massive amount of money, but to some it would make...
