Appartement bien pour un court sejour, climatisation mais apas de micro-ondes ni de four. Salle de bain tres petite. Literie confortable. Malheureusement nous avons ete déçu en ayant reserver longtemps a l'avance de ne pas avoir un appartement avec balcon, dommage.

Tons of bureaucracy for two nights in a freezer

Endless forms to fill, deposits and receipts. At the end of the stay, we even spent 1 hour arguing about not wanting to pay a second time for the room (a quack between Homelidays and Expedia it seems). And for what : In a largely empty residence we were attributed the room with a view to the wall at 3m (vs the gorgeous valley on the other side). We had the room whose shower drain smelled the rotten rat and whose heater turned out to be just a fan. It took way too much arguing (in the end we had to ressort to haranguing) to get two extra blankets ( apparently one extra blanket is the norm). What a bitsch.

ruhige Anlage in den Hügeln

war bereits zum 2. Mal dort und werde sicher wieder ins Vallemare gehen - die Anlage liegt schön ruhig in den Hügeln etwas außerhalb von Baja Sardinia. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und mit der wunderschönen Cala dei Ginepri ist der nächste Strand nicht weit entfernt.

Und hat es nicht gefallen. Die Lage ist kein Problem, aber das Zimmer war dunkel und kalt, die Terrasse zu klein, der Tisch do groß dass man sich nicht bewegen konnte. Einigermaßen sauber, aber altmodisch. Das Haus ab mittags im Schatten...ungemütlich.

Il residence applica una penale di 30 euro x check in dopo le 20,il che mi sembra assurdo in periodo di ferie in una località di mare. Cmq, il ns ritardo era dovuto a partenza ritardata del traghetto da Livorno x cui abbiamo chiesto la ricevuta da presentare alla compagnia dei traghetti... Non è stato molto facile ottenerla però, e qs mi pare poco corretto e poco professionale. La dependance del residence in cui stavamo è cmq molto bella , in bella posizione, con un bellissimo giardino, molto curato. Una pecca è però il fatto che non abbiano lì dei bidoni x l'immondizia e i clienti siano obbligati a portarli personalmente nella sede principale a circa 500 mt in salita. Manca anche una segnalazione che indichi dalla strada l'ingresso della dependance : non è stato sempre facile ritrovarla, anche perché il navigatore funziona ad intermittenza nella zona. L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e ben fornito

PERSONNEL DE MAUVAISE FOI, LOGEMENT NON CONFORME

le logement attribué ne correspondait ps du tout à notre réservation, le personnel sur place était de très mauvaises foi et j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à avoir gain de cause, j'ai du régler des frais supplémentaires injustifiés pour avoir un logement dans la résidence et non dans les dépendances à 500 mètres en bord de route. Sur place dans la résidence c'est l'anarchie, aucun règlement affiché, chacun fait ce qu'il veut quand il veut. La piscine est accessible H24. Le soir après 18H30 plus aucun personnel sur place pour veiller au respect de la vie en collectivité. Enfin contrairement ç ce qui était affiché et prétendu dans les mails reçus personne sur place ne parlait Français. J'ai volontairement caché que je parlais un peu Italien au départ et me suis exprimé en Français, ce qui m'a permis de comprendre que nous ne sommes que des pigeons qu'ils essayent de racketter. Passez votre chemin et allez voir ailleuirs

El sitio es muy bonito y bien localizado pero el apartamento que nos toco estaba descuidafo, poco limpio y faltaban muchos utinsilios para cocinar. Otros apartamentos estaban muy bien, nuestros amigos les toco otro mucho mejor. Asi que es cuestion de suerte!!

Accogliente residence a contatto con la natura

Settimana di Settembre in assoluto relax in una struttura accogliente pulita e con appartamenti dotati di tutti i comfort. La posizione per gli amanti della natura oltre a essere stupenda è strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più rinomate, Se si desidera la mondanità Baia Sardinia e Porto Cervo sono a pochi km di distanza. Indispensabile una autovettura per gli spostamenti. La responsabile della struttura Elena è molto cordiale e disponibile Per noi è stata una vacanza molto gradevole che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
