"I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest"

"The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. The staff were superb and we will be returning to the hotel within the very near future "

The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. It was however quite difficult to communicate with the man who took over for the remainder of my stay. All in all, I'd stay there again but in an upgraded room."
