The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. Room was two twin beds pushed together, but side tables not rearranged space wise so obvious they had just pushed the beds together. Booked on Expedia so no daily servicing of the room. "The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"We had a nice day until we reach this place and wanted to check in. The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad."

"Fantastic motel, easy parking, quick check in and short walk to great fish and chip shop. Even though they were super busy the rooms are super quiet and spacious with no outside noise heard. Well set out with air fryer, fry pan and microwave so you reheat and eat in your room. "

"Would never stay here or recommend it. If we didn’t check in so late and were staying more than one night we would have found somewhere else to stay. We stayed in the larger room with multiple bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was closed off because it was not working. The rooms were old and not cleaned well. Air conditioners were not working. Beds and pillows hard as rocks. I’m very surprised this motel was rated so high by others. "

"We were informed in advance that there would be a large function near our room on the first night of our stay which would be noisy. I asked for a room to be allocated to us that would minimise the noise and was told that this was not possible. The music went to 11pm and our room shook with the noise. there were other rooms we could have been given. I complained and got a $50 voucher Poor management"

Additionally, no hand towels were provided the following day, which affected our overall comfort and hygiene. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to watch TV or use the internet. "Friendly staff, a nice pool area, and on-site parking available. Unfortunately, my bed sheets had stains, the shower in my room had no hot water and was only lukewarm, and the hotel is very noisy with thin walls."

"Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. "
