"Room 220 was a corner room- nice view but loud road noise. During our stay, very loud guests slamming doors and yelling in hallway at midnight and 2:30am."

"The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

"I can not give 0 stars or I would ! Horrible place to stay. Smelled bad in the rooms, beds were stained that we slept on our blankets and pillows and no toiletries in rooms ! There was an attic door in our ceiling that I thought was going to fall open at anytime. Just God awful place for our family with kids. Was not expecting to explain the smell of everyone smoking pot to my kids either!"

"Stayed in three separate rooms while there. They were very decently clean. The rooms themselves were in good condition but there were burn marks in the covers on the bed and one room the balcony door does not close properly so the wind makes it move at night. Other than that the showers were really nice with hot water and the ac in all three rooms worked amazing. It was nice to have the smart tvs and a decent size mini fridge. Do think it would be helpful to have proper lighting. At least two...

"Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams"

"The place had all the essentials and the staff was nice. The big draw is that the location is perfect within walking distance from North Beach, the Lexington and the aquarium."

"The room look like it hasn't been vaccum in days. Multiple cracks in ceilings and walls. Bath tub was stained. The mattress base had dust and the light switch were rusted and drawers were glued shut. Breakfast was non existent. Only cereal. Nobody in lobby at any time. Outside needed to be clean trash all outside the doors. Elevator dont work. Stairway looks to be falling apart. Needs a deep cleaning and makeover. Only thing I thought was clean was sheets ans towels."

"I’m only scoring this low for reasons it’s suppose to be getting renovated so hall to rooms hot no A/C carpets dirty pool locked guy never came with key in the days there and since renovations is at work no breakfast serving which states that they are serving over all that’s my score will be visiting later time see how much of an improvement love the walking distance to beach"
