"Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...

"C'est la deuxième fois que je descends à la bonne Planque. Le cadre et l'accueil y sont exceptionnels. L'établissement a changé de propriétaire entretemps mais l'âme de la maison est resté la même. J'ai autant apprécié mon deuxième séjour que le premier. Les chiens bien éduqués et sociabilisés y sont les bienvenus. J'ai pu longer le canal du Midi avec mon toutou et cela laisse des souvenirs inoubliables. La PLANQUE est devenu mon port d'attache à Castelnaudary. Merci pour les 48 heures passées...

"The rooms are extremely comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and very accommodating. They provide dinner on request and the food was superb. Breakfast also excellent. We also took advantage of the opportunity to have a massage. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended."

The property has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail, and the owner and her staff are friendly and helpful. We'd particularly like to commend Neria for being so kind and helpful. It was also lovely to be able to enjoy home-made breakfast food around a big table with other guests. A lovely place to stay!
