"The staff at the hotel were excellent. Kind and accommodating. The location was pretty much perfect as well. In fact we couldn't have asked for a better location! Turn left out of the doors and walk 10..Copocabana beach.. Turn right and walk the same.. Ipanema beach. Plenty of places to eat as well. The downfall was this. The bathroom seriously need renovations. Shower annd toilet area were very old and some mold as well. But the rest of the hotel room was fine Hallways could use an update as well. For the price? I would stay there again"

"We had an issue at the start — no air conditioning in the room — but this was satisfactorily resolved. I will come back. A good option vs other overpriced boutique hotels. "

"The hotel is located at a super good location, very near to the beach and walking distance restaurants. However, the receptionist was a bit rude and gave us a room we did not asked for and did not wanted to change us. The next morning I talked to the other recepcionist and they confirmed that they had made a mistake with my reservation but the hotel was fully booked and we couldnt move."

"It’s a good hotel. The room is big and nice and staff is super helpful, pool is good. Breakfast is good as well. The area is close to the beach in Copacabana, at night it might get creepy, but ok still. My only critic is the room at some points during the day smelled like pipi, so did the AC."

"Check in was a night mare. Too small a reception area for volume of people checking in and out. Other than that everything and everyone was great. Breakfast was excellent Italian restaurant was also great. Roof top pool and bar a real nice go to. "

"This hotel is in a prime location with incredible beach access and overall strip access. We enjoyed the private section of the beach, the rooftop pool, onsite gym and even the sauna. We traveled with another couple and really took advantage of the amenities. Our original room had some issues and we were quickly upgraded to a newly renovated room which took us from a full ocean view to a partial ocean view, but incredible view of the city and favelas. The staff was truly wonderful. Special shoutout to Diana who quickly took care of our room situation and assisted us with a late checkout since our flight is a red eye. We will definitely be back. "
