Hotel Andorra
Hotel AndorraPantai de las Américas
"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

"Centrally located in Los Christianos and right on the beachfront….there are quite a lot of stairs to each of the apartments. Receptionists are fantastic as well as the house keepers who are very thorough each day. Big downfall, no air conditioning and not even ceiling fans, so it can get quite warm….. a few channels on the tv and no English channels at all, that’s if you wanted to browse, the views are far more interesting from your terrace! the apartments are quite small but has all you...

"We stayed for 1 week and had no complaints. Hotel is clean and very modern, room had Air Con. A fantastic pool open from 9am - 8pm with good Bar and great food and plenty of sunbeds. It is situated a 10 mins walk from the Beach and main shopping area and lots of nearby cafes / restaurents. Would go back to this hotel again."

"The staff were lovely and the breakfast options were okay ( british breakfast options mostly). Our room was very spacious and we had a balcony, but the cleanliness isnt great, you can tell the place is a bit older, some of our sheets had holes in it and the bed/pillows werent the most comfortable. Overall decent though, we had everything we needed and it was easy to cook at home as we had a nice hob, oven and a big fridge. I would say the three star rating is accurate. Also close enough to the...

"Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...
