"Very nice and spacious rooms. Ours had a mini kitchenette. Great quality bedding. Rooms have a heat pump! Yay AC! Breakfast was included and was excellent 7-11am each day. Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "

"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "

"Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And...

"A friend and I stayed 7 days at this guest house. There were many excellent things about this place. First, it is super clean - everything is sanitized and cleaned daily. Second, the sitting area and solarium (it's what I call it) is very cute and cozy. Third, the rooms are charming and the mattress very comfortable. Each room has its own air conditioner for your convenience. Fourth, the neighbourhood is very safe with Parque metro station right across from the guest house - very convenient....

"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

"Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. But the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. Our trip got interrupted with canceled flight and it was my friend's milestone birthday. She was having a miserable day. The hotel surprised her with champagne and cake! Wow!!! Also, the bartender at the pool recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. So it ended up being a much happier day. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"
