Unsafe road leading to the hotel. I left after the first night due to this. I was in contact with hotel prior to arrival and there was NO mention of the bad road and then they acted as if they didn’t know about it to “oh but they are working on it”. Another family next door to us that arrived the same night had the same issue. I’m still waiting for my refund!

Se encuentra en una vereda. Tienes que tener un buen transporte que te lleve. Y ubicar bien el hotel. El GPS nos mandó por una trocha. Casi no salimos de ahí. Al final llegamos. Valió la pena es muy lindo.

Nos fue bien en la estadia, solo 2 observaciones: con respecto a la señal de la wifi, no estuvo disponible en ningun momento la red. Y la persiana de la habitacion está muy deteriorada. El resto, nos pareció excelente el servicio y la atención

Experiencia regular - No volvería

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una vereda 2 Km de la carretera y hay unos pedazos sin pavimentar lo cual no se especificaba en el anuncio. A pesar de que éramos 3 personas en la reserva solo proporcionaron toallas para 2 personas. Tuvimos problemas con el calentador y el primer día tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría (luego sí fue arreglado). Una de las noches tuvimos un inconveniente con el inodoro de la habitación y no había nadie en recepción (todo completamente apagado) ni contestaron nunca al teléfono a pesar de insistir varias veces. A nivel personal, siento que la atención del personal fue regular en términos generales. La habitación en buen estado y limpia sin embargo era muy oscura. Los espacios sociales (restaurante, piscina, senderos) están en muy buen estado y el desayuno es muy rico y completo.

Un sitio cómodo pero solo para dormir

A favor, enconrramos que el hotel es una casa tradicional, con muy bonitos jardines y con un buen mantenimiento. La persona emcargada de la recepción fue muy amable y siempre dispuesta a colaborar con todo. Sin embargo, está ubicada lejos de los lugares más turisticos, y aunque la finca en sí es bonita, el ambiente general no provoca a quedarse todo el día en ella. Al hacer la reserva, aparecía que la habitacion disponía de ventlador de techo y bañera, lo cual no fue cierto en nuestro caso. El baño era muy estrecho.

Nice and Quiet get away

The Finca is well maintained; the rooms are clean and comfortable; breakfast is delicious, and the owners attention. The owners made sure we were satisfied with our stay and paid close attention to all of our comments before we left. This level of customer service is worthy of praise in Colombia. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a restful getaway.

Esta finca-hotel es un lugar excelente para quienes buscan descanso, tranquilidad, lindos paisajes y amable atención. Se echan de menos un sendero para caminar y un gimnasio básico. Se ofrece alimentación adicional al desayuno incluido, pero debe entenderse que el restaurante no es lo fundamental; por lo tanto, aunque es deliciosa, se ofrecen pocas, muy pocas opciones. Pero la amabilidad sin exageraciones de quienes atienden contribuye positivamente al buen sabor. Además el comedor es precioso!

Beautiful Finca in a gorgeous part of the country

This is a most beautiful Finca in the Colombian coffee region. People are very nice, beautiful setting but don't expect a 4 star hotel.
