Generally, nice construction, scenic, bird watching possibilities. The room was quite hot; a noisy fan was provided. Hot water is ready for the shower, but impossible to control. The staff was mostly accommodating, though demands cash for extra services such as for snacks and dinner. A property making themselves available through 'Hotels' ought to be credit card friendly.

It was a nice porperty but had issues with water. We were unable to use the shower, there wasn't any water to even brush your teeth. It was early between 7-8:30 am and no water only drops literally coming out. When we brought it up to management, they said that they had a large party staying at the property. This is unacceptable. In the shower, they had empty dispensers for soap. It should be one star for this reason. Breakfast was ok, be patient because they take a long time just to get the order.

Fantastico

La atención fue excelente, el servicio, las instalaciones, el desayuno y las posibilidades de un buen y tranquilo descanso. Le aportaria la posibilidad de contar con una Cancha de Tennis de mesa, el salon de eventos podría acondicionarse como salon de juegos de mesa mas la mesa de billar pool que si tienen. Tambien variar un poco el menu de desayuno para mejorar aun mas la experiencia.

Una pesadilla que no repetiría

Todo iba bien hasta llegar a la cama, tuvimos acceso a 4 camas y todos los colchones se hundieron ante el peso, dormir fue una agonia que solo acabó a las 6:30 am cuando en la cabaña donde nos hospedamos empezaron a cocinar, y encender la lavadora, cuando pedí que por favor nos dejaran descansar a las 7:30am me dijeron los administradores que “había mucho trabajo y querían aprovechar el sol”. Hubo otros méritos y esperaba pasar por alto la falta de inversión en las camas de un lugar tan bien conservado hasta que hice check out y me dijeron que si facturaban debían cobrar 57mil pesos más. No molestan a quienes alquilan la cabaña completa, si alquilas cuartos como a mi que tuve 2 y una pareja que estaba en el piso 2 entonces vienen a trabajar a menos de 2metros de tu cuarto...... ollas, tapas, lavadora... voces de los trabajadores justo a l lado de mi puerta IMPOSIBLE NO DESPERTARSE CON ELLOS, ni una disculpa.

En general buena a pesar que éramos muchas personas en un espacio pequeño fue agradable y por momentos hasta familiar, muy buena ubicación para ir a Panaca que era lo que quería y allí mismo ofrecen las entradas con 10% de descuento, toca ponerle cuidado a la piscina porque se está deteriorando

I won’t recommend this place!

The house is full of termites, even when we were eating the wings would fall on our food, disgusting! There was never hot water available and the housekeeper wouldn’t change the towels, neither provide new ones, not even after 5 days stay.
