En el hotel me fue más que excelente.... fue la aplicación hoteles.com que falló porque a los señores del hotel caraná no les llego el reporte de mi reserva de parte de ustedes, conté con la suerte que otras personas habían cancelado la habitación donde estuve hospedado el fin de semana

engaño total

la informacion es erronea la que indica en el mapa duramos 4 hora buscando el sitio el hotel del mapa erA OOotro hotel con el mismo nombre entre comillas despues de localizar el hotel con los habitantes de la region quedaba en un sitio oculto nada que ver con las indicaciones que tenian en la pagina hoteles.com y el nombre real del hotel es chalet zafiro que era al que correspondia a las fotos y fuera de eso el sitio era totalmente distante de donde informaba el mapa ademas que los telefonos nofuncionaban de ese famoso hotel nos vimos en aprietos para conseguir hospedaje despues porque ademas no existia la reservacion que habiamos hecho

Nice hotel, very pleasant and good located !!

It was awesome watching closely the wild life like different kind of birds, mammals like Guatin and flowers. Room furniture was nice and the bed comfortable and very clean. The host and staff attention were very friendly and kind at any time. We enjoy a lot to stay in such place!
