"This property was very upscale but everyone was absolutely happy and ready to help! It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was convenient to walk to the Globe Life Field. Literally it was just across the street from it. Restaurant and sports bars were also as convenient. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list of favorites!"

"We loved Great Wolf in Grapevine, TX. The experience as a whole was fantastic. My youngest 11 to my oldest 16 had a blast. I felt safe and things were well maintained and clean. I do wish there were more and better showers at the water park. There were only two and we had to wait forever. Those bathrooms seemed to be the only ones that were not updated. "The room itself was decent and mostly clean, although the bed was way too stiff for my liking. My biggest issue was the atmosphere around the bar area. Two out of the three nights I stayed there, the bar was packed with loud people openly acting like they were under the influence, which made the place feel uncomfortable and honestly a little unsafe. I expected a more relaxed and professional environment from a hotel and spa. The actual room was fine, but the overall experience was dragged down...
