Unfortunately, the infrastructure (e.g. beaches) is not really usable due to religious reasons. Burning waste in the neighborhood sometimes causes odor problems. "Water had a horrible, nauseating oder that was beyond the smell of sulfur in the water. Problem did not exist in our other room. But in the other room there was a window but you couldn't open the curtains because of privacy - direct view to and from the kitchen and patio area."
