"Beautiful property, attentive staff, delicious food. We had a lovely room in the Chateau but…….no air conditioning….They had a system that did not cool the room at all . Our tester said 28 degrees…unbearably hot. We reported it to the reception and they did attempt to turn it on ,but it kept going off. Not comfortable . Hopefully they will correct this ….then this rating will be excellent. "

The hotel decor could do with updating (it felt like a clean but over-priced budget/ student hotel).
