"Disclaimer, property sits on top a very very steep hill that you must climb! Other than that, excellent!! Service was great, very clean and modern appliances, very beautiful views with sitting area on balcony. Provides extra pillows!! Breakfast for cheap was very good. Feels secluded and safe with things to do nearby. Host was friendly and very nice! A great hidden gem in Arezzo, highly recommend!!"

"This is a quirky spot in a building where attention has been paid to every aspect of the design. The room was interesting and comfortable with the only slight downside being that the bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a wall which is not to everyone’s taste.
