The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise.

Nuestras habitaciones fueron excelentes en todo aspecto: Camas cómodas, agua caliente, etc. Lo malo fue el restaurante. Tuvimos que esperar casi una hora (nos advertió el mozo que iba a demorar 20-30 minutos). Los chocolatadas calientes (s/.12) no fueron calientes (el mozo tuvo que llevarlos y calentarlos ...

Sonesta Hotel Arequipa
The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring.
