"This location does not have a reception it is a room in a building of flats. I arrived No one around, I was let into the building by a grumpy resident as we woke him hammering on the door at 5am when my bus arrived. He could not speak English and went straight back to his room leaving me on my own in a strange building not knowing what to do (I am a woman solo traveler).
