" My stay at this hotel was truly lovely. The girl at the reception was extremely kind and helpful from the very beginning. I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, and she let me check in a little early, which I really appreciated – it was such a nice and thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful – I loved the rustic charm, the antique keys, and how peaceful and quiet everything was. The view near the volcano was stunning, and the location is perfect: you can easily walk to great restaurants and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Everything about this place was just so nice – warm, cozy, and full of character. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again. "
