Doors catching on the floors, tarnished brass on door handles, musty smell, … overall appearance is tired and could do with a freshen up. Room service/cleaning only done if booked the day before (and before 6 pm) which was sneakily put through. Not what I would expect for the price charged, it should be by default! "The room itself was nice and had a great see view. The hotel is advertised as two connected properties with spa amenities but in reality they are pretty disjointed and quite a bit of walk from each other. The spa reservation system is not great because there is no online way to reserve a massage and one needs to go to a remote reception spot to reserve it between 10 am and 7 pm (which is prime time NOT to be at the hotel). So we ended up skipping it because of that and also the prices were...

"This hotel is new. The property is beautiful. The front desk staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and speak multiple languages. Some of the other staff are getting adjusted but when they do get some experience this place will be flawless!"
