Reception lounge area was fabulous & great 2 sit & relax & have a drink. Bit out of it but Metro just around the corner & only 1 stop to old town, get a metro card as it is so cheap & easy to use. "

"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the location — the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel very safe to walk around at night, so we relied on taxis in the evenings. Overall, a good stay if you plan your transportation ahead."
