"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the building itself is beautiful, immaculate gardens with lots of seating areas. Our room was spotless with wonderful views of the castle. Breakfast was varied and delicious- all the staff were fantastic- so friendly & helpful with any questions. The town of Arco is stunning with mountains, rock faces and beautiful river running through - a wonderful town to visit "

"We stayed for 6 days. We choose this location to be able to safely & conveniently park our car, we also booked as looked so tranquil from the website & had a heated pool. If you are looking for a quiet, away from the Center, with good parking & that has great views, this is the place. Breakfast was amazing as were the staff, always helpful. "Hôtel disposant d'un parking avec une chambre et une salle de bain confortable et fonctionnelle. Les bouteilles d'eau et le café dans les chambres étaient un petit plus que nous avons apprécié. Du Lac et Du Parc Grand Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful resort hotel, located within walking distance to lots of restaurant and shopping. The beach is also a quick walk. The facilities were nice, the breakfast excellent and the beds were very comfortable (King bed). We also really appreciated the connecting rooms (we travelled with our teenagers). Overall, very nice."

"June Stay apartments are clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. They are in an excellent location with supermarkets, bars and restaurants all in walking distance and Malcesine only a 5min drive. They have secure, good quality underground parking and a lovely restaurant on site which also provides take away food. The only small downside is that the pool area is quite small for how many apartments there are on site and it can sometimes be difficult to get a bed or seat near the pool. However the beach is literally across the road so you can swim in the lake instead if needed. The staff are all brilliant and working hard throughout the day to keep the grounds looking lovely and helpful if you need anything. We will definitely be returning!"

"The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses from peoples tables and served warm beer. There is no excuse for that in a 5 star hotel. I recommend to the hotel that they invest more in staff training and how to give guests a true 5 star experience."
