"If you want a true Italian family experience then a stay at BnB La Mortella is the answer. We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. The BnB was a bit hard to find but once we were there it was worth seeking. Antonio and his family also work the land with citrus and olive groves dominating the landscape. "Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."
