"Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!"

Estávamos numa família com 11 pessoas ( 8 adultos e 3 criancas), foram super atenciosos em reservarem um mesa para o jantar quando solicitei ainda da estrada. Restaurante do hotel é ótimo e uma comodidade. Hotel atende muito bem à proposta que é algo mais agriturismo. "

"We stayed here for one night during off season while going through Italy. We managed to call the host and were able to check- in at 9PM. The house itself has a charming old vibe. Parking available on site. We were the only two guests at the time and the breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for us. Host was very welcoming."

Il punto forte è la possibilità di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si può usufruire della zona piscina che è top! Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine...
