"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings. One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. "I rented a smoking room and they gave me a non-smoking room so I had to keep going outside to smoke really didn’t like that but I had no choice cause that’s all they had. They gave my room to somebody else."

"Started at check in, no record of reservation, checked again… oh you’re already checked in, No! I just drove 7 hours from Dallas. They checked someone else in for mine under the FIRST name, Got another room… STINKY, window leaking water, nasty looking, not a King bed like I reserved. Then a barking dog for a hour dnd a half while trying to rest .This was a first and last reservation at this chain."
