Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée. "We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"Wonderful..nearby carrefour market and walkable to the annemasse train station and the geneva tram lone stop at parc gardens.the price is affordable for a complete appartment in the city...the reception was helpful too and friendly staff..the staff speak both english and french and were quite helpful..so many other shopping malls and restaurants in the area..I loved my stay."
