"This how experience was bizarre. I booked 1 night at Warrenmang, all confirmed and paid. Thje next day I received 2 missed calls when I was out of service (on the drive to Moonambel) but no voicemails. Check in was strange and the staff asked me if hotels.com had contacted me to which I replied no but I have missed calls which could be them. Staff then told us that there was no chef so no restaurant- there is nothing open for dinner in proximity! Pool unusable and green. Shower didn't work...

"Located on a quiet residential street right next to town and within walking distance of restaurants and shop. When I arrived, the neighbors were sunning themselves across the street. The neighbors are KANGAROOS! I was so enchanted to see kangaroos around the neighborhood each time I came and went. My room faced a sheep pasture framed by mountains where I relaxed and watched Super Fairy Wrens around the patio. Very pretty sunset from the patio. The young man who works there was very kind and I was able to do laundry. The room is a little dated but ultimately I think it works beautifully, the Lodge is just perfect for a peaceful mountain stay. "
