Hospedagem foi bem conturbada, na primeira diária noite não havia secador de cabelo no quarto, na segunda diária a caixa de energia não funcionou e por isso tive que ser transferida para o quarto inferior ao que eu tinha pago tive que dormir em cama de solteiro, ficaram de mudar meu quarto para um superior na diária seguinte, deixei meus pertences lá para que eles realizassem essa transferência ao chegar do trabalho o recepcionista fez uma grande confusão com os números dos quartos e não achava minhas bagagens de jeito nenhum ficamos mais de 1 hora nesse impasse até descobrir o mal entendido, no checkout eles pediram mil desculpas me deram um cartinha tentaram se retratar.

Bom hotel, com equipe atenciosa. Instalações limpas, equipamentos funcionando, boa academia. A única crítica vai para o restaurante, caro e demorado demais, além de ter poucas opções leves (para a noite, por exemplo, não havia sanduíche / sopa / salada / omelete no cardápio, uma opção que prefiro).

Fui sorteado. Me colocaram num quarto que estava com a maçaneta quebrada e não trancava a porta. Me trocaram para um quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava. Me colocaram então de volta no quarto inicial, para tentarmos, ao trancar a porta, que ela permanecesse fechada durante a noite. No entanto, nem trancada ela ficava. Me colocaram então num quarto para PNE, me trocando para um quarto adequado no dia seguinte. Apesar de tudo, o atendimento foi muito bacana, tentaram resolver, mas como o hotel estava cheio, foi bastante desafiador para eles.

Bom hotel, mas precisa melhorar a claridade

Gostei do hotel. Limpo, novo e bem arrumado. Cama confortável. Mas Achei o quarto extremamente claro. Muito dificil não acordar com a luz do sol. Tive dificuldades de dormir também porque estava tendo evento e os corredores estavam barulhentos. Também não gostei que a porta do banheiro é de vidro e dá para ver a pessoa em sua intimidade, além, novamente da claridade vazar de manhã.
