"This is the place to be. Noteworthy and where you can chill out forgetting the rest of the world. Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. The beauty and the respect for the sorrounding natural reserve makes you fall in love at first sight. We will go back to Adler Siculiana at some point as only a few 5 star hotels in Sicily can offer the same experience"

"My family of 6 recently stayed at this property and we absolutely enjoyed every min. The location is perfect to visit the Valley of the Temples. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. "The property itself was nicer than how the picture looked. It was in a quaint quiet area with a nice view of the area's farmland (From the top of the Watch tower), as well as the Temple of the valley in Agrigento (From the backyard). The hotel dining was amazing, with good selection of food and wine, and al fresco dining for dinner service. The price was very reasonable compared to dining in major US cities."

"This hotel alone is reason enough to visit the Valley of the Temples. From the moment you step through the door, the magic begins. The most important thing to know: book a room with a temple view — no matter the price. That view will become one of your most unforgettable memories of Sicily as a whole. The hotel has direct access to the entire archaeological park, and the entrance is not only convenient but also scenic, leading through a charming tree-lined path. Set aside at least an hour for breakfast — it's a full experience in itself, again with a breathtaking view of the temple. The entire hotel is filled with the fragrance of flowers. The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out: ultra-fast Wi-Fi, strong water pressure in the shower, perfect mattresses, excellent soundproofing. There’s also a picturesque pool, and throughout the hotel you’ll hear beautiful music playing in different corners, adding to the overall sense of peace and elegance."
