Não recomendo. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Um dos garçons foi bastante rude e não atendeu nosso pedido. Quando reclamamos, ele justificou a situação mencionando a lotação do restaurante, que é aberto ao público em geral. No primeiro dia, pedi uma pizza às 19h, mas ela só foi entregue após as 22h. Além disso, o garçom solicitou um pagamento extra, alegando que não recebia pelo serviço. Experiência extremamente insatisfatória.

Rãs no sanitário são comuns

Fiquei hospedada na categoria “Quarto Exclusivo”, que é um dos tipos de hospedagem mais caras do local. Rãs no sanitário são extremamente comuns nos quartos. Tinha no nosso quarto e no de outro casal que também estava hospedado nos mesmos dias. Se você morre de medo (como eu), já é o suficiente para a experiência ficar extremamente desagradável por esse simples fato. Estranhei as placas no banheiro (e no chuveiro!) sobre ser proibido fazer xixi no ralo. No entanto, considerando que as rãs costumam aparecer na madrugada e não existe ninguém na recepção nesse horário, deve ser costume as pessoas fazerem xixi no ralo do chuveiro pela impossibilidade de uso do sanitário. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. Nunca mais voltarei e vou falar pra ninguém nunca ir.
