Péssima experiência.

O hotel tem péssima estrutura. Me deixaram num quarto totalmente desconfortável, abafado. Parecia um quarto de hospital. A manutenção predial horrível. Muito mofado, descascando as paredes cabeceira da cama caindo. Horrível. A cama muito desconfortável, colchão parecia velho, torto de um lado. Chuveiro não esquentava e a água quase não cai em você, de tão espalhada. O unico elogio é pra recepcionista Lara, que foi muito empática e me ajudou a mudar de quarto. E as camareiras, muito atenciosas. Vejam a situação dessa porta de um dos banheiros.

Complicado!!!

Se posso dizer coisas boas desse lugar seria pelo café da manhã que foi ok ar condicionado gelava muito bem a piscina que meu filho se divertiu e a localização muito boa. Hotel parece que era um hotel abandonado e agora está em reforma porém foi cada coisa que eu vi lá. Os quartos são horríveis camas ruins, lençóis sujos encardidos, toalhas muito velhas fininhas, banheiro não tinha a porta do box o chuveiro saia água para os lados só no centro que não molhava todo o banheiro, espelho do banheiro não era espelho aquilo nunca os ralos do banheiro voltavam um cheiro horrível a torneira da pia frouxa difícil de abrir e de fechar. Pedi pra trocar de quarto a única coisa que melhorou foi que no outro quarto tinha porta no box. Eles precisam urgentemente rever a questão desses banheiros, toalhas e forros de cama. Infelizmente não indico e não voltarei.

Primeira vez no hotel , e me sentir muito bem acolhido. Voltarei novamente em breve , só faltou estacionamento . Mas vale muito a pena pelo preço cobrado em relação a outros hotéis .

O café da manhã razoável, porém sem conforto nenhum piscina n funciona e ainda fizeram meu checkout sem a minha perdição praticamente me expulsaram do hotel com minh família.
