"Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

"Wonderful hotel! We truly felt lucky to stay here. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping even checked in afterward to make sure we were satisfied. My children loved the hot tub, and the restaurant food was excellent with an amazing breakfast. A special thank you to Larissa at the front desk. "Place was close to small hiking spots which was great. They had a gym/spa. Area was well cleaned and the breakfast buffet was great. Staff were helpful in looking up things for you as well as print out directions. Excellent service."
