"Beautiful hotel (there is construction next door, so try to get a room on the other side of it). Really lovely and very wonderful staff. The spa is also *amazing. I got a Thai massage and it was great. It was like a real therapeutic massage (my neck was in really bad shape) the pool is beautiful the food is good. My only issue is it’s pretty far away from everything. Getting back into the city takes a long time"

"A great location, at the end of West Beach at Palm Jumeirah.
The room was great, the aircon was fierce, but at this time of year it’s easy to just turn it off.

"Fantastic hotel!
Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful.
Great breakfast and dinner options.
Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful.
Couldn’t fault the hotel.
Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less.
Definitely going to stay again on our next trip.
