It was the worst hotel I've ever seen and I have been to so many in Aqaba and around the world. The room was filthy.. and I mean filthy. The fridge was dirty, bed was dirty, window didn't open, staff was unhelpful, stating the hotel was full and no other rooms available. They refused to refund. I had to go to Nairokh Hotel next door which was much more superior. For 20 JD more, got way much superior room. Clean everything. أسوأ اوتيل رايته في حياتي.. غرفة قذرة جدا.. اذا كنت حابب تموت تسمم نام في هذا الاوتيل.. الحمدلله لم انم فيه.. واخذت غرفة في فندق نيروخ ودفعت ٢٠ دينار زيادة واخذت غرفة اجمل ومنظر اروع..

Quando chegamos o recepcionista estava um jogo on line demorou a nos atender. O quarto grande mas para três pessoas somente duas camas sendo uma de casal. A água do chuveiro fria, não tinha sabonete, o vaso vazava em todo banheiro, o cheiro de esgoto insuportável e o mais grave não tinha TOALHAS no hotel. Atendimento péssimo.

The hotel was terrible. Our room was so dirty. The seets were the same with the previous costumer and i found hair on them. Firstly we didnt have even towels. Also all the walls were extremely dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I guess you get what you pay for! The room was nasty! There was stains on the bedding, hair on the pillowcase and the entire bathroom smelled like urine. We went to the front desk and were told there were no other rooms. We requested new bedding but they never brought it to the room. This hotel is nothing like the pictures shown!

Die Unterkunft ist preisgünstig und ich schlage vor ein "Seeviewzimmer" zu wählen. Obwohl es noch ein paar Häuserzeilen vom Balkon zum Ufer zu übersehen sind, war dieses Zimmer besser ausgestaltet. Mein zuvor bezogenes „Basicrooms“ war ohne Fenster und abgewohnt. Restaurants sind rund ums Hotel mannigfach vorhanden, auch Alkoholgeschäfte.

Camere molto sporche e fatiscenti, la camera basic è da evitare, è un loculo senza nessuna vista mare. Se proprio volete rischiare specificate una camera non fumatori, nella prima che ci avevano dato abbiamo trovato cenere sui comodini e mozziconi di sigaretta in bagno, da dimenticare.

We probably get what we paid for. But the pictures are misleading. Pictures show that there is a seaview and space to move about but the truth is it is not. First, the towels provided are dirty and stained. Even after changing for "new one", there was visible dirt on it. Fortunately we had our own towels. Second, the bedsheet itself was dirty with sand still ontop of it. Not sure if it was even serviced. Third, the wardrobe and table, you can see a layer of dust, on top of it and inside the wardrobe itself. Its quite a clear sign of their lack of maintenance. Fourth, the toilet amenities: there was left over soap and toiletries from the previous customers and when the staff saw it, he took away the fresh set and left us with the left over amenities. The hotel described themselves as having a nice view (sea view), but when you open the window, you only see a wall. nothing else! The room itself was so cram that there is almost no walking space from the bed to the wardrobe nor the the toilet.

A very nice very comfortable hotel on a very good location.... Very helpful stuff... The negative was that when we enter in our room wasnt ready and cleaned... We didnt had clean towels soap or toilet paper and we had to ask for.... The room wasn't clean...
