"A lot of the waterpark amenities were broken and not available. The rooms were dirty and not available until 90 minutes AFTER check in. There was no soap available. Deapite saying it would be open, the breakfast restaurant was not open and did not have food available. Very disappointing experience ans very expensive. "

"There is no front desk. So before arrival I got text about my cabin name and key code. But there is no map. There are about 60 cabins scattered in the wood. I can’t find my cabin. I called the customer service. They said they were going to send me a map. Never got it. At the end, with the help of another guest, I found my cabin. On the second day, toilet water tank ran out of water."
