"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monaco! Parking could definitely be a challenge if you aren’t familiar with downtown PGH and the way things operate, but valet was quick, helpful and very kind. The ladies at the front desk were SO friendly! They were quick to acknowledge me, check us in, and gave a very detailed rundown of the property, making our welcome warm and inviting.
