"Perfect for families of 4 or 5! Even though the space was on the smaller side, it was incredibly efficient and had absolutely everything we needed. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and the small living area/kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you are traveling with a car or without one. Highly recommend"

"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"The apartment is very nice, especially it’s very convenient for eating shopping and traveling. Because there is a famous Chinese restaurant across the street, the shopping center and the metro station are very near around up to 5 minutes walking."

"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. "Tuvimos una situación muy incómoda, en el desayuno el personal de manera despectiva nos informó que había un código de vestuario para el comedor, mis niños tiene 4-8-10 años y nos informaron que no podían están en piyama, cosa que nos parece discriminante y de mal gusto cuando nunca se informó esto, donde esto me lo digan antes no hago la reserva en dicho hotel. No lo recomiendo para familias de vacaciones "
