"The property is about 20 mins drive to Tagaytay which is not too bad considering that a hotel stay in Tagaytay is just for a place to sleep after spending time roaming around the city. With the reasonable price this place is a good find. We took a room that sleeps 7 with a private room, so we have a plenty of room for 5. Staff is very helpful and accommodating as well."

"I beg to disagree with people saying negative reviews about this place. Though some are right, but their regular rooms (which is the oldest rooms they have) is totally different to their deluxe rooms (the newer ones at the 2nd floor). Therefore, I suggest get the deluxe room just have to add a couple of hundreds which is still cheap. Shower room is clean, aircon is cold, bed is enough for 2 pax, tv with cignal cable. I was not able to ask if they have wifi. There are also chairs and tables...

"The view was good. I didn’t like the lights in the backyard during nighttime. It is nit good for stargazing/astro photography. Also, there are no bidet in the CR! We had to use balde and tabo. Ew!"

It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. "

"There was no option for soap bars and in the middle of the night, I can hear vibrating alarms from the other room. Also, you can clearly hear all outside noise (cars passing through, etc). We didn't have much rest as we thought we could have"

"Via appia is very instagramable..nice but for someone who doesnt have their own car its far from the city proper so you will spend extra for a cab o trcycle to take you from the hotel to where ever you want to go..the staffs were accomodating..clean room its good for its price..no breakfast buffet though, they just have a menu list for u to check and itll be plated for you..only downside there were insects flying when we had our breakfast..which is annoying..other than that the place is ok.. "
