"Great location and lovely staff, but the property itself feels quite dated. Be aware that some rooms, like ours, require navigating stairs and two elevators, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The gardens are lovely and a real highlight, but the ground-floor interior, particularly the bar, feels dated and rather depressing. Overall, if I were back in Gubbio, I would choose to stay somewhere else."
"Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was the perfect base for a 4-day trip to Assisi and its surroundings. It's conveniently located near main attractions and just a 5-minute drive from the city center. The restaurant was excellent, the pool was well-maintained, and the location is simply stunning."
"Breakfast looks just like the pictures associated w/ the hotel. It's just an amazing sight. It's hard to choose your meal with this abundance of options. Additionally staff were helpful w/ bus tickets and information. "Old town" is quite a ways up the hill and worth every step. Pleasant gardens are also nearby."

"I like its proximity to the tomb of St. Carlo Acutis and the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. What I don’t like about the hotel is its inability to help its guests get to the train station for those who travel early in the morning because the taxis are available only around nine in the morning. We had to walk to the train station at 6 in the morning tugging along our luggages."
