"The staff was rude, out of the 5 restaurants 3 were closed. There was no room service. We had 4 rooms booked for our group. They gave easy to access, walkable distance for the 2 room with NO kids and they put the other 2 rooms in an extremely far away room because we had kids. Just awful"

The staff is so helpful with dining recommendations. The breakfasts are delicious, with yummy hot options as well as buffet items. "The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect! "
