On the first floor and black out curtains only go halfway. We could see people walking in and out of the building. We would have preferred more privacy with our room near the entrance."

"They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. "Property is under renovation - breakfast was disappointing and small due to renovation of kitchen area. The room we had was finished and nice, but the whole floor smelled strongly of construction/wet paint etc. I would have booked a different hotel for the night if I knew construction was underway, and the price was pretty high for the inconvenience."
