"Så obekväma sängar att vi blev tvungna att avbryta vår vistelse och bo på annat hotell. rygg och höfter slutade göra ont efter 2 dar. personalen pratade mycket begränsat med engelska, handdukar saknades men vi fick till slut 2 trådslitna väldigt små handdukar efter väntan, gestikulerande och google translate. de funkade inte alls å ha på stranden men lika bra för stranden här var jättesmutsig. "We loved our stay at the resort: beautiful pools, beach, room, and restaurants. Staff helpful and kind. Food excellent with huge menu with lots of options. Short walk to red dunes!"

"Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. We stayed 2 nights and basically just wandering by ourselves. With that said, the rooms were nice (our family reserved 3), breakfast buffet was nice but all could be better."

While there is room for improvement in some areas, we had an enjoyable stay."
