10/10 Excellent

"This may be the nicest Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Many hotels in Europe are not air conditioned, so this was so appreciated. It is also rare to have a free breakfast, and it was extensive. There was a walk to the main part of town, but it was nice to be near the train station when carrying luggage. It is also near Chocolate Nation, which is a fun tour and tasting to do in Antwerp."

"Hôtel bien situé, les suites sont très propres, fonctionnelles et bien équipées. Le déjeuner offre plusieurs choix et complet. Le personnel (sauf 1 personne) est très gentil et courtois. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est qu’il n’y avait qu’1 personne à la réception (qui doit gérer les arrivées et le bar) les 2 fois où nous avons fait le Check inn (vendredi et samedi vers 18h) et nous avons dû attendre entre 45 et 50 minutes."

"I liked Citybox. A lot of thought seems to have gone into the design and layout to make it as smooth and efficient for guests as possible. Spacious modern room and easy automated checkin and checkout, with a pingpong table in the lobby lounge and a nice little cafe adjoining it. No reception desk so some may not like that but for me it was fine, very quick to checkin, checkout and get a left luggage tag at the booths."
