"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommendations for lunch were made to us based on what we wanted to eat, and the recommendations were spot on. Our room was lovely, quiet, and had one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel is very close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, but it is also secluded and quiet. It is also very close to the Great Lakes Naval Station if you have a son or daughter graduating from boot camp as we did. The hotel provided us with the graduation schedule and a list of nearby things to do and places to eat. We also had to extend our stay due to a flight change. They could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"Nice staff. Good room. Pillows on couch need replacing (a bit flat). Generally very nice and affordable. Great location and amenities, especially if you have a bootcamp graduate. Wasn't able to take advantage of free breakfast, but that was a nice option. I would definitely stay again."

"The property had a great location for Lake Geneva and was reasonably priced. The room was great with plenty of room and amenities. A negative was that Fox News had no volume on the TV. The only station that didn’t. The staff didn’t seem to care about resolving that problem. That’s like going to a movie theater and watching a movie without any sound and being told you had to pay the full price for the movie, even though you couldn’t hear it. My only complaint."

"This hotel is beautiful and I highly recommend it. The room was clean and the staff is very helpful. They don’t come into your room unless you request them to. I stayed for 4 nights and I had them change one of the beds and they made both. If I ever need to go to Illinois again I will stay here. It’s close to the Naval base and there is a shuttle that goes there for bootcamp graduation. Highly recommend The Inn at Sheridan."
