"The location is great everything is close by. The staff could use improvement. It was very disappointing when I checked in and the reservation was under my name but my husband also was with me and front desk agent was telling me how my husband wasn’t on reservation well I booked a flight for myself and I did not see an option to add every person who would stay at hotel. He could be looking for solutions instead of repeatedly telling me my husband was not on reservation. I told him that if extra needed to be paid we would pay it instead of making it a big deal. Our first night there we wanted to go out explore and walk around and returned back late. As we enter the hotel mid way almost to elevator we were stopped by one of the staff asking if we were staying there. This was very unprofessional why would we walk into an establishment that we have no business being in makes no sense and we proceeded to tell him we are staying there and even showed him our key card to the room. The only reason we were questioned was because we were not dressed in fancy clothing. I’m on vacation I’m going to dress how I want. I will not recommend this place I felt treated unfriendly horrible experience. The location and cleanliness is great but if you have horrible staff working makes the experience horrible."

"muy mala experiencia para el precio que se paga tuve una habitación con vista al mal de las mejores que tienen me tuvieron más de una hora fuera mi habitación porque el aire acondicionado no servía y estaba liqueando y mojó la cama tuvieron que cambiar el colchón y ropa de cama. tambien en dado momento tomando un baño en la regadera dejó de llegar agua por unos 3 minutos o más muy mal servicio la verdad no volvería a ese hotel"
