Hotel berdekatan Antigua Megaplex 8

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"Location was good, rooms were clean and well equipped. The only problem was our flight was delayed 4 hours and they charged us $100 US to stay past our check out time which seemed a bit much."

"View beautiful and room clean enough. The menu prices are listed in island dollars-NOT USA dollars but I do didn’t see that noted so the prices looked sky high, but really weren’t (when converted). Food was soso. "

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....

"Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in."

"Clean, updated 1 bedroom was perfect. Although it was booked as a studio the bedroom was separate by a sliding door which was nice. Patio was huge & had an amazing view of Dickinson Bay. I would definitely return."

"Unfortunately overall we were unimpressed by our stay. While the beach and pool areas are lovely, and the staff were pleasant, the rooms are in major need of refurbishment and there are various issues with noise, somewhat because the walls and doors are thin and allow every sound to get through - near a busy street, dogs barking, tree frogs, doors slamming. The AC units and bathroom fans are also very loud and in need of an upgrade and showers need replacing. Bedding also an issue - a flimsy...

"Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. "
